My name is Sarah Tomlin, Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach and I help women like you get their mojo back. I will guide you through what can be an unexpectedly challenging time in your life and teach you how to nourish your body in a new way.
I specialise in helping women beat the bloat, banish the brain fog and be in a body they love. Perimenopause and menopause can be debilitating yet we’re expected to “keep calm and carry on”.
Diagnosis of menopause can be a long time coming; 12 months in fact. There’s a lot we can do in that time to get on top of unwelcome changes.
