  • No 1:1 support is included during the 7 days. There is a private Whatsapp group, with direct access to Sarah where you can ask questions and get support with anything you are stuck with during the 7 days, as well as connect with other participants on the programme. If you feel you need extra support this can be arranged at an additional cost. 

  • No. Supplements are not included in this programme as each person is different and requires an individual approach to supplements.
